Blue Ridge Mountain Club POA is managed by CAMS, a community association management company. Located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway on 6000 acres between the charming mountain town of Blowing Rock and the bus tingling college town of Boone, home to Appalachian State University-BRMC presents owners with 50-mile views in every direction and a wealth of outdoor activities and attractions. This is really outdoor living at its finest!
Blue Ridge Mountain Club is looking for a full-time Director of Hospitality located in Boone, NC.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hospitality functions, including food and beverage services, event management, and member service operations
- Managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Driving sales
- Ensuring the success of events and activities while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Experience in managing high-end food and beverage service operations and strong member service skills, ensuring exceptional guest satisfactionProficiency in budgeting and ability to manage resources effectively
- Expertise in event management, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution
- Skills in sales and business development with a focus on revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and supervise a team effectively
- Experience in club management or a related hospitality field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
