Associa is hiring a Community Relations Coordinator for it's large-scale community in Sterling, VA.
Daily responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Social Committee on community news and events.
- Create and send out communication to include social media, mass emails, flyers, and newsletters to advertise events and encouraged event participation and sign-up.
- Manage event sign-up and collect deposit, if applicable.
- Manage event parking.
- Set-up vendors in the system for payment.
- Provide clerical support and high level of customer service.
- Other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 2 years of administrative and clerical experience.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Conflict resolution techniques.
- Customer service focused, team driven, and solutions-oriented.
- Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, and follows-up in a timely manner.
- Able to prioritize tasks and keep time sensitive deadlines.
