Job Summary
TownSq is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Business Solutions Specialist to join their team. The Business Solutions Specialist plays a strategic and supportive role for TownSq clients throughout the client lifecycle. This position will focus on building trust and loyalty with clients to ensure long-term retention by presenting products that address client pain points and providing operational recommendations utilizing TownSq products. Additionally, the role will assist the TownSq Sales and Client Success teams with presentations to prospective customers, particularly when additional operational experience and deeper product knowledge are required. This position reports to the President of TownSq.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with Management Companies to understand their specific needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and recommendations aligned with our products and technology.
- Utilize deep product knowledge and technical expertise to design, present, and articulate comprehensive solutions that address customer requirements and maximize the value of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into the client's existing technology ecosystem, providing technical guidance and support throughout the process.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring a precise alignment between our offerings and client expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by being a trusted advisor, providing continuous support, and proactively addressing concerns, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to potential clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and how to maximize their benefits.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements related to our products, and apply this knowledge to enhance our offerings and better serve clients.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a product manager, business analyst, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Comprehensive understanding and expert proficiency in SaaS platforms, with a preference for experience in SaaS related to community management technology platforms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, demonstrating a strategic mindset to develop effective solutions.
