Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, is now hiring an Assistant Community Association Manager responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the lead Community Association Manager(s). The Assistant Community Manager is the liaison to the lead Community Manager(s) and interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members.

This is a full-time, onsite, hourly position with office hours from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The candidate has the option of selection shift hours of either 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Attendance is critical to this position.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining online data base, including updating resident information.
- Responsible for violation letter processing, community gate access, and responding to phone and email communications as received.
- Acts as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
- Perform administrative duties as requested by the Board of Directors or as directed by the community manager, and in accordance with the management agreement.
- Prepare board correspondence as directed by the community manager.
- Maintain files/data relating to the operations of the Association.
- Assist with architectural review process, and leasing program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations desirable.
- Knowledge of Community Association Management desirable.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Expert proficiency of computer technology and software systems.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Proactive, detail focused and enjoys working independently and part of a team.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0 - 3 years of Community Association experience.
