MSI is seeking a Full-time, Hourly Administrative Clerk starting at $16.00 hourly rate for our Westminster, CO office. This position entails a working knowledge of all positions in the mailroom and a minimal level of proficiency in the reception position. Heavy computer use, mail equipment use, and digital filing/retrieval are essential to job performance. Strong customer service skills are required to interact with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: To provide accurate and professional administrative assistance to all departments within the company, to include:
- Electronic and records filing
- Extensive use of Homeowner Association management software
- Process outgoing/incoming and routing/interoffice mail
- Extensive use of postage and printing/scanning machines
- Keep inventory and stock office supplies
- Answer phones as needed for coverage
- Storage retrieval for records from offsite
- Company vehicle maintenance coordination
- Cross-training with other team members
- Other duties as assigned
General Duties: Maintain a neat and clean office environment, and complete work within time frame allotted. Assist other administrative employees and cross-train on other duties within the Administrative Services department.
