Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding their owner ledgers, primarily via phone & email.
- Scan and deposit checks received.
- Process monthly ACH transactions.
- Post receivable transactions, ensure returns and homeowner refunds are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make account adjustments based on approved requests.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal management to communicate and track checks received in the office, ensuring timely processing and transparency.
- Perform additional accounting-related tasks as needed to support the team and department goals.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with extreme attention to detail and a high level of organization to support accurate financial reporting and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills, including professional phone and email communication.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with accounting software and Excel is a plus.
