What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rotational Mold Operator 3rd shift position at Assmann Corporation of America?
The Assmann Corporation of America (ACA) is a manufacturer of polyethylene tanks used in municipal and industrial applications. We are currently looking for 3rd shift candidates to operate a rotational molding machine at our Garrett, Indiana facility.
Operating machines will include performing start up and shutdown of roto molding oven, weighing of raw material as required by product specifications, set up of roto molds and loading with polyethylene material, removal of finished product from mold and visual inspections to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
To be successful in this position the candidate must be able to:
· Use hand tools, and power tools.
· Operate forklifts and overhead crane.
· Mechanically inclined.
· Ability to squat, bend at the waist, full range of motion of all joints, and capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs. periodically throughout workday.
