Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential homes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all assigned areas.
- Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all flooring is well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Manage time effectively to complete all tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience residential cleaning is preferred ( at least one year experience)
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning environments is beneficial but not required.
