Female In-Home Caregiver – Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Part-Time (Weekday & Weekend shifts available, with potential to grow into full-time hours)
Schedules Available:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hrs/week)

Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (8 hrs/week) (Work either shift schedule, or combine both for 28 hours/week!)

Key Responsibilities
You will provide attentive, specialized non-medical support tailored to a client living with Dementia/Alzheimer's:

Personal Care & Hygiene: Assist with daily bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene needs safely and with dignity.

Memory Support & Companionship: Provide patient, warm engagement, redirecting techniques, and continuous safety oversight.

Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious midday meals tailored to daily preferences.

Exercise Assistance: Support gentle, guided daily mobility and exercise routines.

Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Role Requirements
- Prior experience working with clients diagnosed with Dementia or Alzheimer's is required.
- Female caregiver (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification based on personal care needs).
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Strong work ethic, patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
