CNA certification or prior caregiving experience is a plus — but not required.
What You’ll Do
As a caregiver, you’ll provide both practical assistance and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Â Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)Â
- Â Helping with mobility and safe transfersÂ
- Â Meal preparation and nutritional supportÂ
- Â Medication remindersÂ
- Â Light housekeeping and laundryÂ
- Â Providing companionship and emotional supportÂ
- Â Transportation to appointments and errandsÂ
-  Supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementiaÂ
- Â Documenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare appÂ
- Â Following safety and infection-control proceduresÂ
Qualifications
âś… 18 years or older
 ✅ Dependable, responsible, and professional
 ✅ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
 ✅ CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
 ✅ Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
 ✅ Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)
 ✅ Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
