Schedule: Mon–Fri (some weekends), 4–12 hr shifts
Location: Cases within ~30 minutes of your home in Clay County

What you’ll do
- 1:1 care: ADLs, transfers, mobility assistance, meal prep, med reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation
Requirements
- Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- CPR (Current; In-Person course)
- Valid driver’s license auto insurance; reliable vehicle
- Florida State Courses (HIV/AIDS, Alzheimers and Dementia, Assist. with Self Admin. of Med.)
