What You Will Do
- Support structured routines and reduce anxiety
- Provide reassurance and redirection
- Assist with personal care meals and hydration
- Encourage safe activity and engagement
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Document care and changes
What We Are Looking For
- CNA or HHA certification
- CPR certification
- Experience with dementia hospice or recovery preferred
- Patient calm and compassionate approach
- Strong communication skills
