Reports To:
- Care Manager
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and daily activities.
- Provide medication reminders as instructed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Report concerns or changes in the client's well-being to the appropriate person.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a home care, long-term care, or similar setting is preferred.
- Caring, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous caregiving experience is an advantage.
- Able to follow care instructions and respect client privacy.
