Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders only
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Use mobile app for clock-in/out and documentation
- Follow agency safety and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred 2 years experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or related role
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a national background check
- CPR certification and TB test preferred or willing to obtain
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
