Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking hourly/live-in Home Health Aides for IMMEDIATE daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for experienced CHHAs to provide in-home care. We need experienced, dependable and compassionate caregiver for immediate placement in a full-time 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday case in Ocean Township. NO WEEKENDS.

- REQUIREMENTS: Must love helping people, have a great attitude and a caring nature with a current NJ CHHA certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry
- Also must be able to observe and report any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to the Director Of Nursing.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of client care
