Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, and monitor patient wellbeing changes for high needs client
- Follow care plans accurately and report communication to healthcare teams
- Support physical and emotional needs tailored to dementia and hospice patients
Requirements
- Retired nurse or clinical experience strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
- Experience or comfort working with hospice and end-of-life care
- Knowledge and experience with stroke recovery a must
