Overview:
- Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $22.00/hr (depending on shift & county)
- Flexible scheduling: mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends
- Locations: Frederick, Carroll & Washington Counties, MD

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental ADLs per care plan
- Provide personal care, companionship, and transportation
- Ensure a safe and clean home environment
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor client health
- Offer medication reminders and support therapy exercises
- Report any changes or concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
- Active CNA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance
- CPR certification and current TB test
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel within Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties
