Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Non-Clinical Caregivers to provide support and companionship to seniors in their homes. If you're passionate about helping others and want to make a real impact—without clinical or medical responsibilities—this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
As a non-clinical caregiver, you’ll assist clients with:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming assistance, toileting)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility support and safety supervision
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Observing and reporting changes in condition to supervisors
No medical tasks (such as administering medication or wound care)
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home or facility) - Willing to train
- A genuine desire to help others
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - REQUIRED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable commuting to Lombard, IL, and surrounding areas
