Qualifications for Caregivers:
To become a part of our compassionate team, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience is preferred.
Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver:
In your role as a Non-Medical Caregiver, you will:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe environment.
- Follow designated shift schedules and individualized care plans.
- Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client’s condition.

- Can provide proof of a negative TB test (within 12 months) or obtain one.
- Hold a current CPR certification or be able to obtain it.
- Are physically able to lift up to 220 lbs
