Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients in [their homes / assisted living facility / community]. As a caregiver, you will support individuals who need assistance with daily living activities while promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Remind clients to take medications on time
- Escort clients to appointments or errands as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
- Follow care plans and document care provided
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous caregiving experience
- Ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
