Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care Emerald Coast Central, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Record and report changes in client health and behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients through light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure effective communication regarding client needs and care plans.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience in caregiving or a related field with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy with a focus on client dignity and independence.
• Level 2 Background/Fingerprinting Done Previously
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Bonus If You:

• Possess a certification such as CNA or HHA.
• Have specialized training in areas such as dementia care or palliative care.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible hours from Monday to Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in the Miramar Beach, Florida area.
