Account Executive – Home Care Marketing & Business Development
Location: Greater Columbus, OH (On-the-Road)
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000/year Bonus Benefits Company Car

What You'll Do
- Grow the business: Drive referrals and sales opportunities across Columbus through relationship-based marketing and business development.
- Build trusted partnerships with:
- Assisted Living & Memory Care Communities
- Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Hospitals & Physician Offices
- Elder Law Attorneys, Geriatric Care Managers & More
- Represent the brand at community events, health fairs, and networking groups.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Champion our brand by placing strategic marketing materials and strengthening visibility throughout the community.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in home care, senior living, or healthcare marketing/sales
- 5 years of business development or outside sales experience
- Strong local network in the senior care ecosystem
- Passion for helping families navigate aging with dignity
- Tech-savvy, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
