This is a full-time, on-site Scheduler role based in Fremont, CA. The Scheduler will coordinate caregiver assignments, ensure appropriate staff coverage, and maintain accurate schedules for client care. Responsibilities include daily communication with clients and caregivers, addressing scheduling conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Scheduler will maintain accurate records and support the overall operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
