We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment that's committed to growth and excellence, communicating changes, strong organizational skills and ensuring smooth operations and managing our caregivers along with the schedule.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for someone that can work in a fast pace environment with strong communication skills with the team and our caregivers. Assuring the schedule is updated daily and handling conflicts in a timely matter.
- Willing to take calls after hours from caregivers.
- Prompt and on time with a great personality.
- Communicating any changes with the office staff.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience (at least 2 years).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate well with our caregivers and build a team relationship with them and the clients.
Pay: $36,000.00 per year
