We are searching for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in the Baltimore area, serving patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. We are looking for a PT who can evaluate, treat, communicate well, and contribute to a high-functioning rehab program that makes a real difference for patients and partner facilities.

- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license

What You’ll Do
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence
- Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals
- Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
