What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live-in Caregiver position at Assisted Living?
We are looking for someone with a passion for care and cooking. If you are tired of working for poorly run assisted living homes and management that either doesn't care or doesn't know what they are we have a better opportunity for you.
We have an opening in one of our Centennial homes. This is a nice well cared for home that has a private, nice space for our caregivers. This home has 10 residents that are fairly independent and have behavioral health needs. We are looking for someone who likes to cook, assist with medication administration/resident support, and wants to care for the property as if it was their own : )

We are looking for Thursday 7pm through Sunday 7pm (3 days) - $310 per shift, this includes daily overtime. This is a live-in position for the 3 days.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide primary care and emotional support for the residents
Perform and document ADL's as needed with the residents
Prepare and serve meals according to the menu plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) * This is an important part for this home *
Administer medication according to physicians orders
Maintain the residence by cleaning daily based on household responsibilities assigned
Lead/guide residents in appropriate activities
Assist the Administrator in conducting the emergency evacuation drill and review of the emergency evacuation plans as required by Colorado state regulations

Pay: From $306.00 per day
Requirements
- Certification in CPR
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- QMAP required - or willingness to get QMAP Certification
- Must be willing to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.
