Outreach Coordinator – Assisted Living Facility

We are seeking a friendly, driven, and highly organized Outreach Coordinator to support the growth and occupancy of our assisted living facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Nursing Homes, Rehab Centers, Hospitals, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers
- Manage all incoming leads, including phone inquiries, referrals, website submissions, and walk-ins
- Provide warm, professional support to prospective residents and families, guiding them through tours, requirements, and the admission process
- Participate in community outreach, networking events, and field visits to increase brand awareness
- Track follow-ups, move-ins, and outreach activity using computer systems and CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with the Administrator and leadership team to meet and exceed facility occupancy goals
Requirements
- Phone and/or in-person sales experience (healthcare, senior living, or customer service preferred)
- Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, digital communication)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping seniors and families
- Reliable, professional, and able to represent the facility with confidence and compassion
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for outreach visits

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
