COMMUNITY LIAISON for ASSISTED LIVING LOCATORS NE DALLAS
Position Summary:Candidates must reside in the greater Dallas area.
The Community Liaison will serve as an extension of the franchise owner, supporting both community outreach and family-facing advisory work. This is a 1099, commission-based role designed for a self-directed professional who values autonomy, flexibility, and purpose-driven work. Rather than operating under quotas or rigid activity metrics, the Liaison will focus on building authentic relationships with referral partners (senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and community organizations) while also assisting families through the senior care placement journey. Success in this role comes from empathy, trust building, and consistent presence in the local senior care ecosystem.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience & Background:· Background in senior care, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or related fields preferred
· Experience in relationship-based or referral-driven roles (hospice, home health, senior services, real estate, etc.) a plus
· Comfort working independently in a 1099, commission-based environment
· Education: No formal degree required
· Relevant professional or life experience valued over credentials
· Compassionate, service-oriented, and family-focused mindset
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated with excellent time management
· Values flexibility, autonomy, and purpose over traditional sales structures
Key Responsibilities:Community & Referral Partner Outreach
· Build and maintain relationships with assisted living, memory care, and senior housing communities
· Conduct in-person visits, follow-ups, and ongoing touchpoints with referral partners
· Represent the franchise at networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings
· Serve as a trusted local presence within the senior care ecosystem
· Support families through the senior care search and placement process
· Provide compassionate education on care options, costs, and next steps
· Assist with coordination of tours and communication
· Ensure families feel supported, informed, and respected throughout the process
Business Development & Territory Growth:· Expand referral pipelines across the Northeast Dallas territory
· Leverage existing personal and professional networks where applicable
· Identify new partnership opportunities within healthcare and senior services
· Contribute to sustainable growth without pressure-driven sales tactics
· Work closely with the franchise owner to align outreach efforts
· Mirror the owner’s values, tone, and service philosophy in the community
· Provide feedback on referral trends and community insights
· Act as a brand ambassador for Assisted Living Locators – Northeast Dallas
