Duties
- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by taking vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; observe and report changes in condition
- Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and perform heavy lifting safely to ensure patient comfort and safety
Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working with mobility aids like Hoyer lifts safely
