Assisted living facility has an immediate opening for a Case Manager position.
Queens Adult Care facility looking to fill an entry level case management position. The qualified individual will have an Associates degree or higher with a concentration in Human Services.
Required skills:
Care, compassion and an ability to write/document a must;
Bilingual is a plus.

Full time position, Tuesday thru Saturday.
