Registered Nurse Case Manager- Hospice (per diem)

Assisted is looking for a per diem Hospice RN for our Los Angeles branch to pick up 6-9 visits per week across our Los Angeles territory. 

Regular visit rates:
Admission- $130 per visit $11 for mileage
Routine- $70 per visit $11 for mileage

 On-call rates:
Weekday waiting to engage rate- $50 per day 
Weekend waiting to engage rate- $100 per day
Admission- $195 per visit $11 for mileage
Routine- $105 per visit $11 for mileage

What you will do:
Have flexible hours and working close to home (reduce your commute!)

• Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs
• Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs

Who you are:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing, 
• Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.

Salary : $50 - $100
