We are currently looking for a RN Clinical Supervisor for our Home Health department in our Phoenix branch!
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $95,000 - $100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

What you will do:
- Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of care including preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures where appropriate in accordance with MD orders. Identifies problems and establishes measurable goals.
- Coordinates the plan of care with members of the care provider team and other agencies providing nursing or related services to provide continuity of care and to implement a comprehensive plan of care.
- Current, active RN License in the State of Arizona by the Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
- Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a clinical supervisor or charge nurse in a hospital or home care setting.
