Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, staff, and callers
- Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages
- Maintain and audit patient medical records for accuracy and compliance
- Track physician orders, treatment plans, and visit schedules
- Process medical records requests in accordance with privacy regulations
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and distribute documents
- Order and track office and medical supplies
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, copying, data entry)
- Support office opening/closing procedures as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of administrative or office experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Primarily sedentary with some standing/walking
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
