Who You Are:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Education and qualifications commensurate with § 484.115(i) (Condition of participation: Personnel qualifications / Physical Therapy Assistant).
- Current, active license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Physical Therapy.
- Have graduated from a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the Board and has successfully passed the examination required by the Board governing physical therapy.
