The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $120,000 - $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

What you will do:
- Responsible for effective oversite of all internal operations of the branch
- Responsible for continuous growth of the business by assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans within the managed branch
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Minimum of five years of supervisory or lead operational experience in health care.
- Ability to lead by example, direct and coordinate multiple functions.
- Great business acumen, ability to grow business and promote employee satisfaction and retention
- Proven track record of meeting sales/business goal targets and ability maintaining positive ROI
