What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor / Light Maintenance - Forest Hills position at Assistant Manager for Property Rental Company?
Company is actively seeking a full time maintenance person to help complete our team at our Forest Hills location. Due to our recent growth, we are seeking a maintenance team member.
They will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, general cleaning, and weather dependent maintenance on the property. They will be an active team member at the property presenting a clean curb appeal and interior cleanliness with physical efficiency to our prospective customers and current customers. They will also be available for major projects, Etc. happening within the property. Most importantly, they will represent the facility and its overall appearance.
We are seeking someone with:
Basic Janitorial Cleaning.
Light maintenance abilities (light bulb changing, handy man skills, replace latch/lock, paint touch ups, door handle replacement).
Friendly.
Creates a positive environment with customers when interacting with them.
Can take direction well.
Communicate with Manager.
Snow Removal sidewalks (salting with spreader, snow blower )( sidewalks only ).
Spring - (weed killer.) property is mostly concrete and gravel.
Job Requirements:
Great Attitude & work ethic.
Do whatever it takes mentality.
Excellent communication, organization, and team work skills.
Must have DL .
Must know how to operate a scrubber.
Must have reliable transportation .
Proficient in general maintenance and Janitorial skills .
Must be willing to work on some weekend days in a month .
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Reliable.
