What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Support Specialist position at Assistance Plus?
The Administrative Support Specialist will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance across Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Operations. This role supports recruitment efforts, contributes to marketing design, outreach, and event activities, and provides general project support to the CEO.
This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week.
Because the Administrative Support Specialist may occasionally drive for Agency business, proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver's license are required.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma. Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be 18 year of age or older
- Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile insurance coverage of $50K/$100K
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
