Job Overview
Lifeline Agents are responsible for gathering information and documentation from Lifeline applicants, explaining the Assist Wireless features and benefits, and distributing free cell phones to qualified individuals.
Assist Wireless offers affordable Lifeline wireless phone service for individuals and families who have a low income and/or qualify for government assistance or Veterans programs.
Through Lifeline, a federally-mandated assistance program, Assist Wireless provides free phones and free cell phone service that offer those who may not otherwise be able to afford a phone access to emergency services, health care, childcare, education, and employment opportunities.

Requirements
- Valid driver license and car insurance preferred
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Cellphone or tablet with internet access
- Be able to work outdoors
- Be able to use our app to sign customers for the Lifeline program
