Billing Specialist
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour

We have an immediate opportunity for a Billing Specialist in Eighty Four, PA providing personal growth and the ability to develop your skills in payroll processing. This position will support both the accounting and payroll team.
Experience
2 years of experience in an accounting and/or billing function with previous payroll processing experience is required. Applicants that have knowledge of the invoicing processes for the oil & gas industry and/or transportation is preferred. All candidates for this position must have at minimum a high school diploma.
Daily Job Duties To Include
Must have a valid Drivers License with clean driving record (NO DUI’s or excessive points)
All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard drug screen and fit for duty physical.

Expected work schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, schedule may vary due to work demand.

Daily Job Duties To Include
- Process AR/AP for all divisions; Ensure timely payments are received from customers as well as generated to vendors
- Generating customer invoices, uploading to customer portals as required
- Ensure customers are billed correctly according to contracts
- Tracking, managing job sheets/daily field tickets to ensure timely billing
- Assisting with time collection issues to ensure that we are able to process both payroll and generate invoices with little to no error
- Assist with instituting controls to confirm and track data to support continuity through the business and accurate accounting records
- Working with departments to assist with preparation and processing of company payroll with high attention to detail
- Must have excellent organizational skills, knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have good people skills
- Must be willing to work hard and have a positive team attitude
