Program Manager— Expanded Learning Program - Elementary School
Location: Elk Grove Unified School District (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, aligned to the school day
Pay: Starting at $25/hour

About the Role
This role puts you in charge of an elementary school's expanded learning program, serving up to 250 students across TK/K and after-school programming. You'll lead a team, manage daily operations, and shape how the program runs at your site.
It's a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who's good with people, comfortable solving problems on the fly, and wants a job with real day-to-day impact.
What You'll Do
- Run daily operations of the expanded learning program
- Supervise and support a team of up to 15 staff members
- Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment for students
- Manage attendance, enrollment, and program systems (Synergy)
- Oversee enrichment activities and daily program flow
- Coordinate staffing schedules, ratios, and site logistics
- Communicate with school staff, families, and district partners
- Step in directly with students when needed
Who We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience working with youth in a school, childcare, or structured program setting
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with TK–6 students
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence managing a team and daily operations
- A calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
- Verifiable experience in education, youth development, or school programs
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 48 college units, Paraeducator Certificate, or willingness to complete certification
- LiveScan clearance required
- TB clearance required
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, on-site
