Assist Marketing is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Production Assistants and Promo Staff for a NASCAR Pop-Up in Birmingham, AL!!!
NO FORMAL EXPERIENCE? Any customer service/ retail/ hospitality experience is great or a background working with tools for the Production Role!
College Students are highly encouraged to apply!
Date: October 23rd (Varying hours)

Brand Ambassador Duties:
- Hand out product samples and premium giveaways while creating a positive experience for consumers.
- Encourage participation with interactive touch screens and a branded photo booth.
- Arrive polished and ready to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Punctuality, approachability, and the ability to stand for extended periods are essential.
- Be part of NASCAR-themed elements that enhance fan experience and add excitement and energy to the overall activation.
Key Production Requirements:
- Assist with complete event space setup and teardown (not light setup)
- Use basic tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and hammers with confidence
- Safely climb up and down an 8 ft ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials 50 lbs unassisted.
- Support on-site operational needs as directed
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Staff should be comfortable with full event setup and breakdown and prepared for physical, hands-on tasks
- This role requires stamina, focus, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Pay & Additional Compensation
$27-$30 an hour - depending on role

Assist Marketing is W-2 agency. If you are considered as a candidate for the event, you will be contacted directly via email or phone to discuss event details, the pay rates and to schedule a video interview. Dates and hours vary per event; hired staff can expect a 5-hour minimum (activation days only) per event.
