1) Assist staff as needed. 2) Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy. 3) Maintain and assist with operation of office equipment/machines as needed.

Communication and Phones |

1) Schedule meetings and appointments for administrative staff. |
|

Records and Reports |
|
|
1) Perform general office procedures including typing, filing, mail, duplication of materials, data processing, editing and general bookkeeping/recordkeeping. 2) Assist with processing and dissemination of department reports, documents, as directed by administrator. 3) Maintain general office files: save/store required documents per policy and administrative procedures. 4) Initiate, update and close out work orders using a computerized work order system.
