Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects within the AssetWorks PMO. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, client engagement, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate has experience managing software implementation projects and brings strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and builds strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Job Description: Project Delivery & Execution Develop, execute, and continuously update project plans to meet evolving requirements within the SOW Manage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources Lead project status meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress Track and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables prior to client submission Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained Facilitate project closeout, including final deliverables and documentation Financial & Operational Management Manage project budgets and forecast projections Track project resource utilization, hours, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness Monitor accounts receivable and partner with clients to resolve outstanding invoices Identify scope changes and manage change requests appropriately Ensure project milestones are aligned for billing once deliverables are completed Client Engagement & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Establish and manage clear client expectations Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels Deliver professional, well-structured presentations and status updates Address and escalate issues proactively to drive resolution Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams including Professional Services, Development, QA, Customer Care, Hosting, Sales, and Executive Leadership Ensure alignment across teams to support project success Effectively leverage team member strengths and contributions Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project team environment Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 3–5 years of project management experience in software implementation Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Work Environment & Expectations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing, deadline-driven environment Comfortable navigating multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously Ability to travel, if applicable, as needed (10%) What Success Looks Like in This Role Projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Strong client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth Effective risk management and proactive issue resolution Accurate financial tracking and forecasting Clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders Benefits: Generous Paid Time Off 11 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance benefits with various choices and generous employer contribution 401k with employer match which immediately vests Annual Company Bonus Career growth and mentoring opportunities as a smaller business unit within the Volaris Group Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee rewards and recognition programs Optional Employee Stock Purchase Program with company match Pet insurance Employee Discount Platform discounted entertainment tickets to movies, sporting events, hotels, live performances, etc. Referral bonuses Employee engagement events Flexible remote work arrangements Worker Type: Festanstellung Number of Openings Available: 1 Your community is comprised of many moving parts.
