Contract Recruiter

The Contract Recruiter will help us grow and scale over the next six months by attracting top talent. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers, understanding recruiting needs, and running a full-cycle recruitment process to bring great talent on board.

What You'll Do:

• Source, identify, and attract exceptional candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent for various roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting and creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools including Greenhouse is a must, as well as best recruitment practices.
• Ability to recruit for a variety of roles spanning GTM and tech.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States and Ontario, Canada. Collaboration within core working hours is required.
