Rollback / Flatbed Driver (Vehicle Transport & Voluntary Recovery)

AssetsBiz Corp., a leader in the collateral recovery industry, is seeking a motivated Rollback / Flatbed Driver to assist with vehicle transports, voluntary repossessions, and impound recoveries throughout the Peoria region.
This is an independent, performance-driven role where motivated individuals can earn strong income through productivity and efficiency.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position paid per vehicle transported.
Drivers in this role typically average $26–$38 per hour depending on work ethic, efficiency, and availability.
The more productive and organized you are, the higher your earning potential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Transport vehicles using a rollback or flatbed truck
- Schedule and coordinate voluntary repossession appointments with borrowers
- Recover vehicles from impound lots
- Coordinate and collect redemption funds including: Cash, Credit card payments, Overnighted checks
- Communicate with the office regarding scheduling and vehicle status
- Maintain professional interaction with customers, impound personnel, and law enforcement when necessary
Schedule
- Primarily Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Flexible schedule based on completing assigned work
- Occasional schedule adjustments depending on repossession and transport needs
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 3 YEARS TOWING EXPERIENCE DUE TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience operating a rollback or flatbed tow truck Required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate independently and manage daily workload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in professional situations

Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to flatbed, tanker, or refrigerated trailer operation.
- Proven experience in truck driving, delivery routes, or freight transportation—preferably with flatbed or roll-off truck backgrounds.
- Skilled in manual transmission operation and familiar with various vehicle types including tractor-trailers and dump trucks.
- Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other lifting equipment while following safety protocols.
- Knowledge of route planning, load securing techniques, and transportation safety regulations.
- Experience with freight handling involving specialized vehicles such as refrigerated trailers or tanker trucks is a plus.
