The Opportunity
Asseta is seeking Implementation Consultants to report to our Head of Implementation. You'll help family office clients configure, adopt, and get the most out of the platform, sitting at the intersection of accounting expertise and enterprise software. Translating each client's financial processes into a working Asseta configuration, you'll partner with project managers and engineering to deliver successful go-lives and build trusted relationships with client teams.
As an Implementation Consultant, You Will
- Partner with clients during onboarding to understand their accounting workflows, chart of accounts, and reporting needs
- Configure and implement the platform to align with each family office's financial processes and controls
- Support data migration, testing, and validation to ensure accurate, reliable go-lives
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on accounting best practices and platform functionality
- Deliver client training and create onboarding documentation to drive adoption
- Translate client feedback into clear product and engineering requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering to keep implementations on time and on scope
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or software implementation/consulting
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and chart-of-accounts structures
- Hands-on experience with enterprise accounting software (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple client engagements accurately
- A client-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving problems
- CPA, family office, or wealth management experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary of $90,000–$125,000
