Confirmations Execution Group within Operations
Build and maintain a strong business relationship with derivative trading desks and ensure that their queries and requests are appropriately addressed
Prepare and review documentation of derivative trade documentation with Trading and other departments
Partner with Trading and other Operations teams to provide insight
Coordinate with external clients to ensure timely execution of confirmations and resolve all outstanding queries
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of Bachelor degree
Operations experience either through work or internship
Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of financial products a major plus·
