Collections Representative

Skokie, IL | Full-Time | $16–$18/hour Commission | Potential Remote Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Collections Representative / Debt Collector to join our team. If you have strong phone skills, are comfortable negotiating payment arrangements, and are motivated by earning commission, we’d like to hear from you.

Compensation:

$16–$18 per hour, based on experience, plus unlimited commission

What You'll Do:

• Make and receive collection calls regarding past-due accounts
• Work with consumers to resolve outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Work toward individual collection and performance goals
• Accurately document account activity

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Previous debt collection, collections, or call center experience
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence speaking with consumers by phone
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a performance- and commission-based environment

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday–Friday
• Flexible hours
• No weekends

Primary Work Location: Skokie, IL
