Asset Protection Group is seeking a proactive, organized, relationship-driven Appointment Setter to support our growing financial practice. This role plays a key part in client and prospect communication, appointment coordination, and workshop support. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, stays ahead of the details, and helps create a positive, seamless experience for everyone we serve.
Responsibilities
Scheduling & Communication
- Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule all client and prospect appointments
- Send friendly, timely reminders and confirmations (including lunch/dinner confirmations)
- Make confirmation calls for all workshop registrants
Client & Prospect Follow-Up
- Reach out to referrals and create a welcoming first impression
- Follow up with workshop attendees via calls, texts, and emails
- Conduct calling campaigns for upcoming workshops
- Place and assign priority pre-workshop reminder calls to all registrants
Workshop Support
- Prepare materials such as response forms, bubble calendars, audit sheets, and sign-in sheets
- Maintain ongoing tracking and timely updates of ROI data for all workshop attendees
Logistics & Materials
- Send Intro Kits to referrals and prospects via FedEx
- Assist with organizational and follow-up tasks that ensure a positive, seamless experience for clients and prospects
Qualifications
- Warm, professional communication style
- Confidence connecting with people by phone, text, and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with consistent follow-through
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and a client-first approach
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is helpful but not required
- We will train the right candidate

Work Schedule
