Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Per-Return Bonus: An additional $20.00 per completed tax return (applied equally to all forms!)

What You Will Do
- Prepare and file standard tax returns using Drake Tax Software.
- Occasionally interact with clients to verify information or answer basic questions.
- Assist with general office responsibilities directly related to the tax pipeline to keep the office running smoothly.
- Note: You won't get bogged down by ultra-complex files—abnormally large or highly complex tax returns are automatically routed to a third party.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Drake Tax Software is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-friendly attitude for occasional client interactions.
- Reliable team player willing to help out with administrative tax processes when needed.
